So we use to have our Flickr gallery public and open for everyone to enjoy but in early February 2011 we somehow got a ton of public traffic that we weren’t comfortable with so we made the galleries private. Our goal is still to provide friends and family pictures of our everyday life, but we are going to have to control who has access to the galleries. I know, a pain in the butt and I apologize.

How can I see the photos?

Pretty easy actually. First, do you have a Flickr account?

First, create a Flickr account. Flickr has made it very easy, allowing you to use your Yahoo!, Google or even Facebook account. Once created and you are signed in, add ‘Pettitopia’ as a contact. Flickr has published a help page to just for adding contacts: http://www.flickr.com/help/contacts/#193

Ok, I’ve added Pettitopia as a contact, now what?

Well, just wait. An email has been sent to us letting us know that you want access to our galleries. We respond pretty quickly, and once approved, you will get an email back saying so. Once you get that mail, you’re all set! Click this link to view the galleries:

This seems too laborious!
